Crane Data has negotiated a discounted hotel Standard Single/Double room rate of $369 plus tax, currently 16.625%. The contracted rate is good until either the room block sells out or until May 26, 2026. Availability and rate cannot be guaranteed once the room block is sold out or after this date.

 

Currently, the Hyatt Regency is sold out and Crane Data is unable to contract any additional rooms from the hotel due to the World Cup games. Crane Data recommends checking the link below in case of any cancellations. Other options are available in lower Manhattan (you want to be as close to the World Trade Center as possible to take the PATH train over), or Newark Airport has some (relatively) less expensive options also.
